Case Study 1 : A client involved in franchising experienced difficulty with a franchisee who was not meeting company set targets and believed to be working for another company in the same industry “on the side” - breaking his franchise agreement. Car surveillance teams were used to monitor the franchisee on a typical week’s work. Customers homes visited by franchisee were recorded and later cross-referenced with data from our client. It wasn’t long before discrepancies began to emerge; after collating the evidence our client called a meeting with the franchisee, subsequent to which he retired from the network and the territory was sold to someone more responsible |

Case Study 2: We use many forms of vehicle for surveillance, however there is always the need for something different - we were hired to gather covert intelligence on a caravan park that was under suspicion of breaching their land agreement by way of owning in excess of the maximum allowed caravans and also of expanding onto land owned by another party. |

Initial Surveillance of the site at ground level was proving difficult due to the large area of land involved and restricted access to sections of the perimeter. After dispelling numerous ideas the most effective solution warranted a birds-eye view of the site. A two-seat microlight was hired from a local operator for this purpose. Aerial photographs obtained illustrated without a doubt that our client's suspicions were well founded. |
